Hi I was wondering what is good ways to relive stress as I get stressed a lot with my current work load and could use some advice on how to cope as my latest method of releiving stress is no longer working so I need to find new ways to relive stress. Is there any good herbal tea or any relaxation techniques that could be used?

Any advice is welcome.

Tea with skullcap greatly relieves stress. Yogi brand tea, the meditation blend is best.

Masturbating, exercise, anything that you must use energy for releases stress.

Exercise is a great method to release stress, swimming, martial arts and many many more. Personally I fight Tae Kwon Do and I play the piano, those are my two stress releivers....

It really depends on you - everyone is different for relieving stress. I for example enjoy exercise or reading to relieve stress, others may enjoy other methods. Try to do things that you feel good doing, and this will probably be effective.

you get two contrary ways to relieve your stress. the first one is going to a quite and confortabl place alone and think over the whole thing happened to you. haha, the second is to walk in the noisy place or watch the funny and childish cartoons which can relieve your stress for a moment and with the time passing, you will recover.

Going for a run with my mp3 player or rewatching my favourite humourous shows always make me relaxed =)

Exercise is generally more simple and healthy than weed =)

I do a lot of excersise but I dont think it is really helping and also I dont want to take weed thankyou to the person who posted that stupid comment up.

I sometimes think excersise leaves me feeling worse at times, It used to help but it no longer does help or it only helps for a short time like a couple of hours

I feel exactly the same, I used to go out running but in the end it made me feel worse.

This is how I deal with stress- I write out why I'm stressed over and over again, until I feel it's sufficiently out my system, you can relax with a cup of tea and a good film, I tried breathing relaxation techniques once they were okay, blasting out music and having a good sing along, meditation and for me Dance also helps :)

Meditation is the way to go. Its just basicly making ur mind blank and breathing for periods of time.

I sugest that if u master this, then u should try the ancient chinese healing form of reki. If mastured, it can take 5 min. a day, and u wll be stress free. Seriously. Google it

I find stuffing my face with unhealthy foods helps a lot.

That, and anything else that harms your body forever.

(just kidding, please don't hurt yourself or do anything stupid... it makes it way worse)
