Overcompensation, most likely. They don't want it to continue, so they become the oppressor.

Yes, I have been bullied before. I think pretty much everyone has been bullied at some point, just some more than others. I used to get it quite a bit.

I was bullied for a few years, but I've come out of it a much stronger person. I believe that, although sad, bullying is what will make or break a person. Always looking forward helps.
