I'm so sorry that it absolutely terrible. But your strong you can do it just focus on being there for your friend instead of cutting because she needs you. I'll be praying for you both :)

Oh that's horrible! :c
As for the "staying calm".. Think about how she'll feel if she knows you cut (saying cut, but meaning any sort of SH and stuff ofc) because of her miscarriage, I know it's hard but try to.
Also, there's really nothing you could do about it, right? So you don't need to hurt yourself about it (not saying that you should hurt if something would be your fault).
Try to be there for her as much as possible instead. Maybe if she knows about your SH and stuff, try to talk to her about it. You could maybe try to be with her a little more, to "support" both of you.
And overall try to distract yourself as much as possible, even if it might be hard. Watch a movie, read, draw, listen to music, paint yourself, just do something. Try not to do something that'd trigger you further, though.
I'm here for you, if you ever need/want to talk.

I'm so sorry for your loss/and hers'.
Maybe if you talk it out with her, you two can be sources of help and advice. You two have each other and you are not alone. Maybe if she sees a doctor, he/she can tell her if there's a specific reason why she's miscarrying and how/if she can prevent it.
Stay strong. You can do it <3
