Its when you cum, theres no way of describing it unless you go and try it.

Not to be picky, but orgasms don't always occur when ejaculation takes place, orgasms can happen before or after ejaculation. I used to think they were the same as well :)

It's something you usually do when you give yourself pleasure (jacking-off) or when someone gives you pleasure.
