I had that for years and a thing called balanitis xerotica obliterans, I went to the doctors and he told me that I would need circumcised, so I went and got it done.

Yeah, I have it, too! I can't pull it at all! When I do, all I see is my urethra.
The doctor said I have to go see a urologist.
I have no idea if I want to bring up circumcision or this so called steroid cream that will loosen it.

My first curiousity is, does anybody have Phimosis here? Yes, of course. My doc says it is very common for boys up through puberty and for 10-15% of males throughtout life.
How do you deal wth it? Are you goig to get circumcised? It isn't a problem, never has been so there's naught to "deal with." There's no way I'd ever have part of me dick cut off

I used to have tight foreskin too. It was difficult to pull it down, but it stretched over time to normal. Still I was circumcised because of different med. reason.

I used to have it, and really hated it. So I got circumcised.:(
But I would much prefer to have a retractable foreskin. I would say it's worth trying stretching excercises, with a steroid cream if necessary. Even if that doesn't work, circumcision is not essential. Many guys live with phimosis throughout their lives, and just accept it. Circumcision, or less radical surgery such as preputioplasty (snips around the foreskin opening to widen it, without removing it) are an option if you want them.

I did not have it but I was circumcised last year. Not a big deal and I am very glad now that I do not have a foreskin.

I don't have it, but I think this is why. When I was 7 or 8 I went to this doctor complaining if pain and maybe I nada bladder infection. But he decided that maybe I uad an infection because I had a foreskin. Since he was an old doctor he thought a foreskin was still useless and should just be stretched over. So he painfully stretched my forekin out and just ruined it. As part of my health, he required my parents to make sure I stretched it every night. Now I have a looser one. But be careful. Its not always necessary to stretch out you skin.
