I was American McGee's Alice. Dumped a bottle of fake blood down the only Alice costume they had in my size (I usually make my costumes from scratch, but I was supposed to work on Halloween as I had a second job at a Halloween store, they want you to wear one of the costumes from the store) and carried my trusty vorpal blade around. I don't think a single person except my girlfriend got it. My cousin who asked what I was going to be was the only person who recognized the character. Very strange, at least a handful usually recognize me despite the very specific costumes I've had in the past.

I didn't wear any costumes. I was so angry because I had one that I had out and everything. But I was too anxious and depressed on my favorite holiday to get dressed up. Now I'm like beating myself up for it. I was going to be black swan. My mom made me a black tutu when I was younger, and I was going to wear it with a strapless black rose corset and make dramatic make up with my black ballet shoes, and white tights. My other alternative was, but didn't even bother doing was being Amy Whine house. I'm so pissed I didn't do either...
