so whenever i make out with my gf, i'm sore the next day on like my upper left ab muscle. and then i'm pretty sure i blue ball for like half the day the next day and it pretty much sucks. any suggestions on how not to get sore and with the blue ballin?

they dont go blue but i think that thinking that thats what happens tricks your brain into thinking that it does hurt/have a weird feeling. Same as brainfreeze aparently
