[Spook]

The water is a wonderful wintry white
In the spring it's soft and shallow
In the hot days of summer
The water's a wonder
Simmering in the white hot light
Fall comes around
Leaves drift to the ground
And the water's polluted with seeds
Floating and twirling
Drifting and whirling
Water is all the world needs

The Lonely Home
"House," said the boy
"Where is your skin?"
"It's peeling and white," said the house
outside and whithin."
"House," said the boy
"Where is your mouth?"
"My doorway is creaking," said the house,
"My hinges inside out."
"House," Said the boy
"Where are your eyes,
surely you have that, right?"
"My windows are dusty," Said the house
"I have lost my sight."
"House" Said the boy
"Where are your ears?"
"My chimneys are blocked," Said the house
"I cannot hear"
"House," Said the boy
"Where is your nose?"
"My cellars are locked," Said the house
"Nobody knows."
"House," Said the boy
"Where are your feet?"
"My steps are the pathway, said the house
my steps are your seat."
"House," said the boy
"Where is your heart?"
"My furnace is broken," Said the house
"Broken apart."
"House," says the boy
I'll paint your skin,
And fix your mouth which is broken apart.
I'll clean your eyes so you can see within,
and clear your ears so you can hear me part.
I'll blow your nose,
I'll dry your tears, and sit upon your grassy tail
Then I will mend your heart,
And your soul will prevail.
"House," Said the boy
"Know that you aren't alone.
I have fixed your pain
Now you can become a home."
