When the face tenses
Pearly whites glisten.
As tears fall down brightened faces
Sadness drowns and erases.
The clutched fingers and bitten lip
Beautiful people's make your heart skip.
To feel utter envy at such beauty
is only to drown in your own scrutiny.
As the smiling faces pass around
They only quickly turn into frowns.
Leaving only emptiness in the owners of the smile
The onlookers break their first smiles, only to die in the next while.
