So I was just wondering if somebody thinks the same way as I do.

Does negative thoughts humbles you? Or does it just beats you down?

These negative thoughts are directed to ones self of course. For example you think/know you deserve better, like having the leading role of a play or a promotion or anything else, but it wasn't given to you. Then you start thinking that you are not that deserving or that good.

Are you beating yourself down or are you being humble (by forcing yourself because you don't want to be arrogant or mean or jealous)?

Negative thoughts mostly have the effect of beating the person down. Negative thoughts are difficult to fight but they serve nothing more than to bring you down.

Actually, I never think I'm good enough for anything. Even though I usually pass all my tests, I always assume I'm going to fail, because I don't trust my own capabilities. I always feel like no one wants me around because I'm annoying, so I'm often by myself.
When someone looks at me, I see it as a dirty look and nothing more because I'm fat.

I never think I deserve better. Part of my cutting is a punishment for myself for being stupid and ugly and unlikable. I must have done something to deserve it, right?
