My penis is about 3in-3.5in I have not reached puberty and I think I'm starting it I'm 13 years old is this small or big for pre puberty?

I was 2.9" when 13, when I hadn't reached puberty, now I'm 16 and I am 8" long, so, you are on a great size, good luck on that.
