Tim, I can't begin to imagine what it must be like to be you or the shit you had and have to go through. I really think you should find help somewhere else, since the previous psychiatric ward didn't work and instead made it worse. Maybe you should get out of town. Go somewhere else. Dig up the money and get out of america. There are other, better places for you and people who can help. You may not want to get help but... You really should. We'll miss your music, humour and seemingly random comments, man.
You're probably going to have to go through a bunch of shitty psych wards and psychologists and medication but you've already gone this far. Why waste all the shit you went through just to end up prematurely dead in the end? You're an awesome person and you're going to become even awesomer. Aren't you gonna miss your music?
This world's gonna lose a damn great person and music's just going to be suckier without you. We really do want you to get better and I know we haven't talked all that much but if you died, I might just cry. So would Ida and your friends.
Give yourself and others another chance, Tim. Be completely honest. You don't even need to trust the professionals. I know I don't. Just tell the truth and say as much as you can. Maybe you'll get better this time. Maybe you'll be alright. Maybe things will turn out okay. You don't get another life. You have one chance to do whatever you want to do.

You need to try and find some more help, just because the last psychologist wasn't good and didn't work doesn't mean the next one won't.
As to killing yourself, please don't. The world can't afford to lose good people, people like you who can make a difference once you get help and get better. Which you will with the right help. You'll be better and stronger person once you get through this.
You need to surround yourself with strong people who can help you get through the tough times, because as Robert Frost said "the best way out is always through."
