Ok well, I'm in the fall play at our school. Well now that we're actually performing, we're always in the changing room altogether at once. And well, I see everyone. And it's making me realize I'm a late bloomer. Everyone (there are some younger than me) with a lot of hair under their arms and some guys hair on their chest. And some guys have humongous penises (I'm estimating from their bulges). Like yesterday, I was messing around with my friend who is 14, two years younger than me, and I grabbed his crotch, and his was so bulgier/bigger than mine. I just feel so under developed but I feel like I won't ever grow. Blah

Hey your ok. We all develop at different stages. Maybe your friend had a semi when you grabbed it, maybe he's a shower and your a grower. Maybe there is something about your body that he wishes he had. Your ok so don't worry.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm in my schools play and I'm 16 too and there are freshman that are more developed than me but I accept it cuz there is nothing I can do about it. Any questions just ask :)

second...you're fine :) like they've said, everybody grows at their own pace. you won't be done for (I'm guessing your age here) 5 or 6 more years, so don't worry yet. plus less hair is better, trust me
