There are a few guys that do that in my gym class and that is when some guys start making fun of them. Don't be embarrassed of your dick, all of us guys have one. What diff does it make if someone sees your dick, everyone's got one. Just slip your trou down and put your bathers on without the need to turn about and make a show

Changing in front of others really isn't a big deal, but I can see your concern. Just wrap a towel around yourself, and then hold it loosely and use the other hand to take off your underwear and put on the suit until enough is covered. Or, you can just take off your pants, then with one hand, pull the bottom of your shirt down to cover your penis/balls, and then take off your underwear and put on the suit. I use the second method everyday for swim class and for the swim and water polo team.

Meh, don't mess around with the towel dance, going out of your way to hide is just going to get the most attention. If anything, you would be best to get into your trunks and take off you shirt last, and when you are done, put your shirt on first, then take your trunks off and put your shorts/pants back on. But I wouldn't worry about that either, I would just do what everybody else does in there, just get it done and get out, don't hide it, but don't waste time in their either. Everybody else will have what you have, and if anybody says anything, you can always ask them why they are looking! Trust me, once you relax and do it the first time, it gets a lot easier.

In my opinion, people make this a bigger deal than it needs to be. Whenever we have swimming in school, everyone is waiting to use the bathroom stalls and changing under their towels. But honestly, it just makes it awkward for everyone and shows how insecure they are. You just need to go in there, take your pants and underwear off, and put on the suit. You can do it quickly if you want, but demonstrate to everyone that you are unashamed of what you've got.

I swim competitvely, and i do this almost every day. I was nervous about ten years ago when i started, but after a few weeks i didn't really mind anymmore. Everyone has the exact same thing you do, theres nothing to be embarrased about. If you really dont feel comfortable, just wrap a towel.
