Sometimes when I click on a friends blog, I can't read it, and I get an error message. Do I have my User CP settings wrong?

First off, what's the error message.
They may only allow certain people to see it.
In the member who is running the blogs CP, they see this. (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/blog_usercp.php)

They edit who sees it. It may be completely private.
If this isn't the case, try resetting cookies and cache, or use a different browser.

Sometimes you'll get an error because you can't see it. Thats the only viable reason.

I get this error message:

"Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?"

"If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

But it's all good, I mean, I'm not a blog hog, I just like to read them sometimes. :)
