Reason to and to not cut?

i met this girl a while ago and i really like her but she just got out of a 2 year relationship that was on and off so im giving her time to have fun as i would say.she went to this party the other day and she hooked up with a guy i have no problem with it but it hurts i managed not to cut because of it because i told her that i cut sometimes and it upsets her when i do so i didnt but im starting to find it hard to keep these feelings inside and sit back while she does shit with other guys im finding it hard not to cut...

First of all, I know this is going to sound clique but don't start cutting yourself again. If you do then you will be back to square one. Second of all, tell somebody how you feel! Keeping it all bottled up inside increases your chances of depression, plus it decreases your life expectancy. So gather up the courage to tell somebody. I promise you will feel better after you tell someone. Get a psychologist if you need to.
