I think that is "almost sex". Just because he stuck it in once, technically it's sex, but seems like its more for bragging rights, it's not full intercourse, It's foreplay in my book.

It's a sexual act! If it involves a persons sex organs, it's sexual...SEX. But, that just seems dumb, why even do it if he just puts it in and takes it right out!! Seems pointless!! That's like getting naked with a person just to say you were naked with them!! Oh well!! It takes all to make the world go around!!

Yes i would consider it sex and agree with most of the posters. Was it a dare? a joke? only one time? ..just seems strange is all.
