If you're looking to talk to girls you need to be confident. That is probably the most important thing, don't doubt yourself and stick to your guns. If they don't like who you are for who you truly are then they aren't the girl for you. Best of luck :)

Haha wow thats exactly same thing with me, im even kinda nerdy lol... You said that you had some girl-friends, you could ask them for help, thats what I've done...

Well. 2 options.
1. Don't worry about it. Girls aren't all that important at this age. Especially at 13!
2. Just be yourself. They're just girls. No big deal. :)
