I need to be more healthy. I strive for that in shape body that other people have but I can't seem to figure out what I need to do. What are some tips for staying healthy and getting in shape? (weight wise first).

Also, I wanna be a health nut! I'm looking to truly understand what I'm looking for when I'm planning a healthy meal or checking out the nutrition labels on packages. What are some ways I could educate myself on these things and begin my new lifestyle?

Can anyone atest to nutritional benefits of being vegetarian? How do you provide your body with the protien necessary while not eating meats?

Vegitariab isnt healthy at all. You need red meet for a balanced and healthy diet. Even thoug fruits an veggies are good you still need to eat meat.

I'm looking for the same information. I am a recovering Anorexic, but I still strive to lose weight (in a healthier way.) Any ideas that you'd like to share?
