1) aftr my friend told my parents i used a dart and did a lil slash becuz what she did not terrible but a week and two days since i last cut:)
2) the last major cut was 2 weeks:)
3) i go to a therapist and yea some stuff she says triggers me but ots helping shes idk its just working
4) the only thing i do is like put my nail in my finger.... Not sharp no blood not even close prob say its not even as bad as a rubber band snap. I kno its still kinda SH but its better then cut. So im slowly weaning off
5) i still have a bunch of triggers but less and less everyday:)
6) im learning shit aint the end of the world and im learning how to cope
7) last but not least guys thank yu so much yu guys truely were there for me when i felt alone even tho i dont even know yur names i love all of you:')

I'm am so happy to hear this!
What you have done can take some people years, (not that that's bad), but you've done amazingly!
You have found a way to look at the good side of life, and look at how it turned out!
Anyway, keep us posted, and I hope I was able to help you.
