I don't, no. it shouldn't really occur in young people so it's best to see a doctor about it

I don't suffer from long term back pain but do get it in the short term some times (mostly due to carrying heavy trays at work).

I concur with Jon though - you shouldn't really be getting it when you're young so you could go and see your GP about it.
