OK so i don't know how to explain this so yeah, My mom and step father are arguing about who kid is better and unfair chores and i just went off on them now i feel like crap. I need help!

Arguing is not 'wrong'.

I think you maybe should have just talked to them about it rather than 'going off on them about it'. But speaking up was the right thing to do IMO.
