Growing up, I never really had any guy friends. I have always had close friendships with girls. Now that I'm older, I wish that I had more close guy friends. All the guys at my school all do sports and I've never done sports. I'm interested in soccer and hockey but never played on a team and don't think I would be able to play sports right away with a high school team. There are some really nice guys at my school that I talk to a little bit and then there are others who avoid me and make fun of me behind my back (they think I'm gay cause I have no guy friends). So basically what I'm asking is, what should I do about this whole situation?

I didn't have any guy friends growing up either. I grew up cooking and cleaning rather than fighting and playing sports. I was terrified of being too close to guys for a long time aside from a few friends. I did get over it though. In class I sat next to random guys and just talked to them. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Sucked to be rejected, but I don't regret it because I've made some great friends from doing so.
As tough as it may be, you have to put yourself out there in some way. Hell, talk to some of the guys your girl friends talk to. Join a sport if you're ready to be dedicated to it. No harm in doing so. Besides, you'll get some nice exercise from it. You can always join clubs or something that interests you. I've made some great guy friends during Science Club last year. :P

I only have one really close guy friends, and the rest are girls. I suck at making friends anyway. We were just assigned to sit together.

See, I was actually the exact opposite. I Had NO girl friends, until now. I have a few now. I was not comfortable around girls then I guess. Don't worry, you will make guy friends soon enough. Try finding some guys with similar interests and see if you get along. As far as the people making fun of you and calling you gay, well, that is just a part of being a teen. Stupid little kids.

Thanks for the replies. Got any suggestions on what I could do to start playing one of those sports. I'm not going to be able to go straight into a high school team since I've never played on a a team period. It would be like trying to fly a plane with no training :P

Start exercising and eating healthy if you don't already. Talk to any of the coaches, they should help you out.
