I have just been getting some facial hair, and I do not like having it grown out even a little. I would like to shave it, but my mom seems hesitant of buying me anything to shave it with...

So can anyone give me some tips and suggestions on what electric razors are good?

You dont need electric razors to be honest, as long as you use shaving foam or something along the same lines you can use normal razors for just as much as the same result. I've never had a problem with normal razors and considering i have both electric and normal i've never noticed much of a difference. You might notice a bit of irritation the first time you do it so go easy, make sure you use a foam for sensitive skin and an aftershave lotion or something that usually helps me. Let the foam sit for abit to soften the skin as well. Hope this helps.

You can get one via a friend, or you can just go to the store and get one yourself, no law that says you cant buy a razor.

I use my Dad's wet razor. It's ok as long as you are gentle or you get a rash

Go with Phillips Norelco, it's a pretty reliable brand of electric razor.

Thanks :D I will try this brand. I might just go for the cheapest one of these available when I get it at the store since I won't be using it every day for now.
