Okay so one of my best friends jake told me the other day about something he is worrying about, he is kinda overweight and is trying to lose and wanted suggestions other than mine ( running) but he is also worried about his dick which he said was 4.1 and said it hasn't grown, could these two be related in any way? And what should I tell him? Thanks guys!

Hi Alh,
Weight and penis size have no relations. Genetics is what decides how big your penis will be, not your weight. As for what to tell him, just straight up tell him that there isn't any relations between weight and penis size, and to be patient.

If your friend wants to lose weight, just tell him to eat healthier and be more active. Although a lot of weight issues come down to genetics, a healthy diet and daily exercise always helps.
As for his size, remind him that guys don't stop maturing until their early twenties, so he has plenty of time to grow. It may be important for him to understand though that not everyone is average, so he may have to accept the fact that he is small.

Like stated above, your weight and penis size have no relation. I am a little overweight, and honestly, its just like any other "addiction". If you want to lose weight, your seriously have to want it(like a smoker kicking the cigarettes, you have to kick the unhealthy food, or limit it). Its easy to tell someone to just eat healthy and excercise, but doing it might not be so easy. Try to make subtle changes, dont always order a large meal, cut back on soda and snacks etc.

probably no relations however, exercising helps blood circulates better, which can initially improve and your erection length, and of course, if you work out and have a good buddy, chicks will be on your dick no matter how small it is. haha

fat could be covering the base of his penis so if he lost some weight it might appear bigger.

Although weight and penis size have no relation, fat can cover some of the penis and I found that, after losing 83 pounds, my penis seemed to be larger (but that can be due to growing older).
