Which should i go to for my Culinary and Hospitality Management major.

Cal Poly Pomona- Student run restaurant, hands on experience. Shifts between all positions form Chef to Restaurant Manager.

Arts Institute(AI)- Vocational school for all arts, even Culinary, Hands on experience, focus's primarily on your specfic course. (Didn't look into this college very much)

Le Cordon Bleu- There are many, so im choosing the Vegas one. ---Hands on experience, upon leaving sucessfully, you are placed in a high end restaurants in one of the various casinos on the strip, Focus' primarily on Culinary since it is a Culinary school.

Just need opinions, im stuck with these 3 since they are playing a 3 way tug-o-war with me.

I don't really know enough about you or the schools to say where you should attend. I'd say go with the one with the most benefits for YOU.

This, simply because it will end up giving you the experience needed to be a big-wig chef so if you ever go apply elsewhere, they will go, "Holy hell! Look at this guy! He can flip fillets with the best'of'm!"

Vegas is fast paced and fancy-cool, so they'll probably see you as such.
