Does it look bad if your standardized test scores don't match the rank of your GPA?

I have a 4.1 weighted GPA, but only a 25 composite ACT
I'm taking it again tomorrow, hoping for a 27+, but I'm worried that this'll look bad on my applications.

No, SAT is not an option, my scores are even lower there (550/section low)

As much as you will reflect and think its bad, it, in my opinion, isn't. Those tests are designed to be difficult. The only way you are going to pass tests such as those with flying colors and a high school, is to study your butt off to no tomorrow and increase your knowledge of whatever your learning by 2 folds.. I had a 4.0 GPA when i graduated high school, but i ended with a really low SAT score. The only time you should be thinking its bad is if you are going to attend a very high ranked college, like Yale or Harvard. Then it matters a lot, but if not, then don't pay two hoots to it and just do your best. I didn't take the ACT as i wasn't too into the fact it focused on mathematics and science in my region than anything else.

I wouldn't worry, it doesn't mean anything bad, there is always next time im sure, and when that opportunity arises, you will be ready to strike it down with thunder.
