Hey guys
ive been trying on and off for about a year now to get a six pack! i cant find any workouts that will get the results quickly...not like 1 week quick but like 2 to 4 weeks quick? i am skinny and im almost to a six pack but i just cant find a workout that will get me there. if you have any suggestions please tell me! also how do you motivate yourself to do a workout routine?

I'm trying the same thing. I've just been doing a whole bunch of crunches and sit ups and just seeing if that will do anything.
(PS. Totally jealous you met Lady Gaga >: (

umm.. most important part is a healthy diet, and i dont think its possible in 2-4 weeks.. took me like a 8 months. Motivation is tough, i get my motivation from my school's football team im in, im required to do alot of workouts. good luck. if you have any questions let me know.

Your not going to get it in 2-4 weeks, keep dreaming and smoking whatever you are :) Jog, swim and crunches. IF you stick at it, you'll get a sick pack, it's not brain surgery. These days not many people can commit to it.
