I'm really now confused, is it true that using up your semen at young age makes you less fertile. Our teacher told us biology class that if you start ejaculating much sperm at young age,when it's time for you to give birth your sperm becomes less fertile because much of it has been ejaculated. I'm rili very confuse and my question is: is this true, i need honest answers please

All the sperm you have in your testicles now will be gone by months end. You're constantly producing more and more sperm/semen and as you grow out of puberty the "strength" of the sperm is totally unaffected.
