Hey, i was just wondering. sometimes my penis hurts, and it goes on and off sometimes and i was wondering if there is a problem, or is it pueberty? should i go to a doctor, what are ur thoughts?

Might be just because you are mastubating, or it might be general irritation. Make sure you wash it properly when you wash and if it continues to hurt go and see your doctor, they should be able to do something about it.
