I've been browsing deviantart and found really, really beautiful poetry on there. Just wanted to share some.

i think i wanted to die once
but that was a long time ago, now.

these days i just want to disappear.
i want to fall away into the world
to have my eyes closed, and feel like they are open

i'm just cigarette ash
and tea gone cold.

i could sigh until
my ribcage aches
but you'll never care
never bleed
not at all.

i am a waste of skin.
a tragic mess.
a leech with kissing lips.
a fly encased in beeswax.
i am a ghost ship for
all your memories.

and i will never bloom.
and i will never emerge.
and i will never be anything
anything at all.

i am stripped bare.

Despite the abundant 'deep meaningful teenage angst' I quite like the line 'i'm just cigarette ash // and tea gone cold'.

That first one was really beautiful. Simple and though provoking.
