Hi I'm 14 years old and skinny I it seems like I'm always hungry and I want to bulk up some more. I was wondering if there is anything I could do to gain more muscle or does it have to do something with puberty?

It is a part of puberty. Just like any other part, there is no way you can speed it up, but there are things you can do to healthily grow. Just eat healthy, exercise, etc...

Yeah, you'll start noticing muscular change throughout high school.

well 1st thing is you have to excersise, u can't just sit down all the time, do physical activity or else get ready to look overweight. but 2nd is muscles come through at different times for different people, so be patient.

If I were you, I would just let puberty do its work, stay healthy by eating and exercising properly and you can worry about growing some serious muscle in the future.

drink whey protein shakes in the morning along with a good breakfast and eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones, and of coarse work out MAN!!

for muscle development you have do lift weights and run. you have to run and tone your body in order to gain good muscle too. eating healthily like nicnicolas1 suggested is good too.
