We have lots of mods that come and go, so it's not really feasible. Administrators have a very special position that only few obtain.

I think the only viable face that could ever been created would be for the gmods because they're more consistent than the mods. Mods come and go within a matter of weeks. the senior staff usually stick around longer :P I'm not saying this is going to happen but if it were to happen, that's what it'd be.

It'd be pretty cool, but it's just not necessary. Once we mods reach 2500 posts, we can edit our title to say "Retired Mod" once we do retire.

Yea, but since there was a retired admin face, I thought all senior staff should have one. There aren't all that many Global Mods, and I thought it would be a nice add.

There have been over a hundred regular forum mods. There have only been 10 senior staff members. Mods usually only stay for a few months to a year at most.

My year anniversary is coming up :D And there are people who've been around longer than me who are still mods. A couple. Michael, Kathy, Georgia.

Actually, a big motivational factor for me is the fact that I won't get any cool rank if I retire now. Not the only thing keeping me here obviously because there's no assurance I'll ever be anything further. Gmod possibly could have a face, but I think we've all realized it won't happen for mods.
