Seems like you are ahead of most, at 14yo. Damn I dont even think I had any armpit hair yet at 14. Sounds a little above normal to me, but everybody matures differently, some are early, some are late bloomers.

Normal? No. Should you be worried? No. Everyone goes through puberty at different times and different paces. Just be happy that it will end for you sooner than most.
