Just as title says I get a lil chest pressure, it doesnt hurt and it isnt really bad feeling. Just lil uncomfortable. I have no other symptoms with it, if anything I think it may be stomach related cause what I eat kinda depends when it comes on. Like if I eat something greasy like sausage it gets worse, but today I had it, ate some fruit and it went away.
So not really sure what it is, tried to look it up online but of course every place just said crap like heart attack etc and I really doubt its that.

Well, best bet is to go to the doctor if it concerns you. I know you said it doesn't hurt, but you may as well get checked up just to be sure.

i guess it's ur diet or lack of vitamins, but best bet is to ask your doc as it can be anything.

I doubt it would be any of those unless friehd chicken has been consummed everyday of his life then we might be talking about arterial plaque....Given your picture have you been ingestion a large amount lately? It could be a result of that because weed works as a vasodialator (Opens you blood vessles) with your blood vessels opened so much it allows the bllod to flow through your body so much easier, that may be what is causing the ressure.
But anyways I would suggest your talk to a physician if this starts to become consistant....or it could just be heartburn....

Talk to your doctor about it. It can only benefit you.

Its funny reading all the comments, it could be just gas you know or a little indigestion. Should only be concerned if it has been going on for more than a week.

I've had this before, actually, and still get it from time to time. I had a full EKG, Ultrasound, and CAT scan done, and they found nothing odd or abnormal for me, and I think they attributed it to growing pains. Mind you, this was when I was 8 or 9, so it might be completely different. My guess is vasodilation (Dimitri) or something bronchial. If it continues to bother you (noticably and severely) or worsens, I'd suggest seeing a GP.

As people already said on here, we aren't doctors. We can't give you much of a diagnosis. You should go see your doctor.

Well, it really depends on the nature of the pains, where exactly they are, and any patterns in their occurrence. Do you notice that you are doing something similar each time it happens? Think about the last 10 time it happened and try to determine the constants in the episodes. I know you said that certain foods irritate it but think of other things.
