bumps

ok im just wondering
i have these bumps on my penis only on my skin though
it goes from the head all the way down and around my penis 2
but it only shows up when its erect not soft
and the bumps are only were i have hair (yes i have a small and light really light colored amount of hair on my penis)
they have been there siince i could get an erectin and its not hiv or an std ive been tested for it

so anyone got any thoughts on what this is

They're probably either pearly penile papules (harmless, annoying bumps. I have them too) or ingrown hairs (where your hair doesn't break through the skin properly and stars to create a bump, also harmless).
