Sounds like stress to me. I suggest consulting each of your teachers for help and support by letting them know that the stress of making up the tests and keeping up to date with the current materials is somewhat hard for you to handle and for some lee way. If a teacher is not willing to do so, then the other option is to consult your counselor, but sometimes its best to just take their answer as is.

You could go to the library, or somewhere quite to do your homework and get back in the habit, or even talk to a few of your friends or classmates to get together as a way to help yourself get into the habit, which at the same time, you help each other with homework and the works.

Do not let your low grade that is caused by missed tests you need to make up discourage you. Take it one step at a time and don't rush it to try and raise the grade. Rushing it will only make it worse. It is hard, but i know you can do it. You just need a push to get you started.
