Dirty penis?

Im uncut and i have these sort of sticking out stuff(sorta like goosebumps) on my penis when i pull the foreskin back revealing the skin sorta hiding inside.... Ive checked with a gyn and he said it was dirty, ive bern washing it with soap for a month and its still their! Any idea how to take care of this?

Hey, well it is dirty but what you have to do is retract your foreskin everyday and wash the head when the skin is retracted.

as a uncut boy we need pay more attention to the hygiene of our genital and if anything getting worser go to the doctor

Initially I would have said that it was 'smegma' but if it isn't coming off then it's obviously attached and you should really go and see a doctor.

I agree, if they're bumps that are attached to the head of your penis, either white or skin colored, they're most likely pearly penile papules. I slightly have them and they're usually harmless.
