I'm a freshman she's a senior I need help really bad!

Ok guys so here is my problem and I'm going to start at the begining, I am a freshman in highscool and at homecoming 3 weeks ago a
I started danceing/grinding with this one girl the whole night and it was awsome. At the end of the dance she gives me her number and later that night I found out she was a senior. She said the age and grade diffremce didn't matter to her and it really didn't at first, we txted for a week and we flirt txted alot and txted basicly nonstop. We then went 2 a 6 flags by us (it's a theme park for those who don't know). When there we held hands and while riding a ride where she sat in my lap I kissed her neck and cheeck as she layer her head back on my shoulder. I know for a fact she had a great time, she told me and I knew she wasn't lying I could just tell. However at her work the next day all of her friends give hera ton of shit for having a thing with me cuz I'm a freshman and it really got to her, she said she didn't think we should hang out anymore and that she thougt I was a great guy but that she didn't want to lead me on because we wouldn't go anywhere. I was devistated. For a real long time by that I mean a couple of days but then after we kept txting it seemed like she wanted to keep talking with me and be around me. I forgave her and we we kept talking she says that she likes me but dosent want to because of what people whould think she says that's basicly the only reason why, should I be ok with this? Is there another reason possibly? We also were suppost to go to a haunted house this weekend but she backed out saying that her friend was going through some toughf times and she needed to be there for her. Do you guys think this is true or does she just not wanna be with me cuz she's embarresed? Also she's one of the best girls I've ever met we have a ton in common and I love everything about her so it's hard to consider losing her even though I just met her. What do you guys think I should do, say, or belief? Please help.

I'm gonna give you the same advice I gave to another fellow who posted here a few months ago, also in the freshman/senior situation.

I'd hate to burst your bubble, kiddo, but I don't really think such a relationship would work out, since you two are at different stages of your lives. You still have all of highschool to go through, when she's in her senior year and needs to start thinking about graduation, post-secondary education, living expenses, income, and things like that. Senior year is really the start of a lot of big things, and life only gets more and more complicated afterward.

Most girls aren't into younger guys anyway, particularly in your teenage years, where you can gain a lot of independence in a relatively short period of time.

Well in my life, and school, the unofficial agreement is that any relationship that is more than 2 year difference, it's weird. Especially for underclassmen & youngers. But they still happen now and then, but have obvious issues. See, she's on her last year there, and will be leaving to live her life when you have 3 more years there. I'll be honest dude, I've never seen or heard of one of these lasting, so chances are, this wouldn't, either. But for now, I've always said that people should do what they want, reguardless of what others may think.
