I didn't really know where to put this but I'm feeling like complete shit and I really want to cut right now but I don't want to relapse but its so hard I really feel like I'm suffocating and the only thing that can help me breathe is the sharp sting of a blade. UGH!!!

don't give in. you can do this! I know how tough it can be, but try to distract yourself. A funny movie, surfing Tumblr, music, art, anything that will change your train of thought. Keep going forward--the further you push yourself the more proud you'll be, and the easier it will be to press on. :)
and i'm here if you need to simply talk with somebody

This will only make things worse for you. If you haven't cut in a while, you of course don't want to go back to old, bad habits. Try distracting yourself. The best way I can think of is to interact with people. No matter whether its on the phone, or in person, (texting and IMing can be problems though b/c you aren't really "interacting"...) be with them. This will force you to be with others, so that you can't be alone, and then want to cut. Even going for a run or jog can always help to clear your thoughts. Do things you enjoy to forget about it. Even writing how you are feeling and shredding the paper can help some people.
The butterfly project as well, (if you don't know it, go here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=118258).)
You can do it as long as you believe you can.
Good Luck!
