I feel like im getting better.
but at night I fall apart.
I dream that im having a breakdown and lose control in school and start screaming and throwing things.
I dream that I gained weight.
I dream that I cut myself and im either trying to hide it or Im standing there dripping with blood and the collapse.
its so repetitive it feels like Im living it all again, is this normal? anyway I can stop theses dreams?
Im so over it now and just want to move on but when I relving it all everynight it dont help.

I'm sure you can stop dreams from happening. Personally, I rarely remember my dreams but when I've had nightmare issues, some of these things have helped me:

Try thinking about something specific before you fall asleep. Think of something that really makes you happy. Relax before you go to sleep. Drink some non-caffeinated tea, have a bubble bath, light some scented candles. Anything to push away any negative thoughts or energy, anxiety or stress. You should be able to sleep better.

Now this may seem stupid but... invest in a dream catcher? It seems like a little kid thing but it really helped me when I was younger and even now. For awhile, I lived somewhere without my dream catcher and had nightmares. Since I've been home, I've had less. It may be my spiritual beliefs or it may be a placebo effect... maybe I'm so convinced the dream catcher works that I sleep better but it helps. Hey, it may be worth a try?

I agree with nathuagyn A dream catcher could possibly work.

Our brains use past experiences to formulate dreams. Traumatic experiences are often relived in dreams because our brain is trying to for get them or to push them to another part of itself. Often times subtle things that we see during the day can be the basis for our dreams. Thinking about something specific before you go to bed can help with your nightmares. This is because our brains will sometimes continue our conscious thoughts after we have fallen asleep. Try that and let us know if it helps, I will do my best to help you if that doesn't work.
