Straightened hair?

I was thinking about straightening my hair, maybe dying it another colour. I've never done anything with my hair before, i just walk into the barbers and tell them to trim it so my school don't tell me off.. what do you think..? Bad idea?

First of all, I wouldn't straighten your hair. It looks pretty straight already, and i'm not sure it'd really benefit you in any way. If you end up straightening your hair everyday it soon becomes dry and in bad condition and it isn't really worth it if your hair is already straight :)

As for dying your hair another colour, well that's up to you really :P The colour it is at the moment really suits you, but that's not to say another colour won't. I never really like the look of none natural colours on boys (ironic since I have red hair :P). So perhaps go for a brown or black? It depends what look you're going for. I wouldn't go for blonde though.

Also, your Young Guns poster is epic :P

Well the spray thing is probably a lot less damaging than straightening, so if the spray is working keep using that :P Black suits most people, but one thing to look out for is it making you look pale. I can't really tell how pale you are from the picture but if you are really pale like I am, then black isn't reccomended unless you're going for the goth look :P

Personally I'd suggest dark brown rather than black, I think a brown would suit you more.

Or blue! But not many people want to go blue so yeah.

I know what you mean, erm maybe occasionally but Kathy is right considering how straight you can get your hair with spray it's not worth the damage straightening does to your hair

A dark brown might look nice. I actually really like the idea of either a bright red or a blue with you. OR WHITE! I'm just obsessed with white hair :P lolol. But if you don't like the idea of an unnatural hair color or your school doesn't allow it, I think a brown would look good.
