I know that this may sound strange, but I'm sick of hiding all the weird things going on in my brain. But my GP is completely useless. No matter what I say to them, if a problem hasn't previously been diagnosed my someone else, they don't listen! I'm not sure what to do but if I don't do something I feel like my head is going to explode. At college I have to carry around a box of matches so I can light one and just watch the flame whenever it all gets too much. I live in England and I am not totally sure how to go about changing doctors or finding specialist mental health people or anything like that...if anyone knows anything about it please let me know! Thanks
