How should I go about building up stamina to last longer when performing physically active activites? Sorry if thats not clear, if it isn't, I'll edit it later.. Since summer started, I hit puberty and started to eat more because I've developed a bigger appetite.. I also stopped taking karate lessons, and I noticed that its made me lose what muscle I had and I've gained a bit of weight. I'm going on a diet, but I need to know how you build up your stamina so I can start exercising once I lose some weight. Sorry if this is badly worded as I am extremely sleepy, but if it makes sense, thank you to anyone who can give me input and advice.

I would suggest cardio to build up your endurance. Personally walking is the best way to get my mind off of stressful things. Sorry random statement. Dancing may also build up endurance! I really hope this helps!:)

dude i just have to say DON'T go on a diet it's the worst thing you can do if you just started puberty unless it's a diet where you are getting enough food and nutrients then you should go on that diet and stay on it that just being healthy
to gain stamina join cross country its super fun and if your not that good you'll get better im one of the best on my team and when i started i couldnt even run a mile now im running 8-10
to gain muscle just work out at a gym or home or school my uncle taught me the easiest workout *though im too lazy to do it* all you do is
1.get a 10lb weight or if your really weak a 5lb weight and do as many curls with one arm as as you can then switch and do the same ammount with the other but make sure its the same otherwise you could eventually havve one strong arm and one weak (increas the weight by 5lbs after youre capable of doing 50 curls with each arm)
2. after you do both arms do as many push ups as you can and good pushups not girl ones make sure to bend your elbows and keep your back straight
3. after pushups do as many situps as you can they dont have to be full situps just cross your arms and hold your shoulders and do a sit up to where your elbows tap your thighs
4. repeat 1-3 three times each time the amount of how many you can do should go down do it every day and you'll get really strong
5.start running like i said cross country is good but if not able to just run on a treadmill or around your nighborhood start low .5-1 mile and increase as weeks progress increase about .5-1 mile when you do increase your stamina/endurance will really improve
good luck

Right no offence but that workout is bullshit, for a lift to build muscle your looking to be able to do 6-12 reps of the lift, secondly why would you train your biceps before chest that makes no sense you always train the bigger muscles first. Your advice on CV seems ok but the lifting bit wasn't:D.
