Ever cut at school or in public?

I've cut at school once. I made the mistake of bringing my instrument to school and, well... History class was very triggering. We were giving presentations in front of the whole class, and I was so nervous that was was actually trembling and I felt sick. Right before I had to present, I calmed myself down by cutting my hand four times. It didn't bleed badly, and I had band-aids in my pocket. I was worried someone might've seen me, but no one said anything to me about it. So I'm probably safe.

Normally, I cut at home. What about you guys?

Once on a really bad day, I took the compass thing from my math set, you know the thing with sharp ends? And I went to the bathroom and did a few on my thigh and a couple on my wrist. They barely bled because it wasn't that sharp but it helped.

I used to take my blade everywhere I went. This meant I cut at school on quite a few occasions. Never in classes though, i'd always end up going too the toilets and cutting in there. I think the worst time was when I went at the end of lunch, and ended up dripping blood all over the floor and having to clean it up. I ended up being late for my next lesson which of course raised questions...

Other than that the only other place I can think i've done it other than my room and my bathroom is in a field. I desperately needed to do it and there was too much of a high risk of one of my family coming in at home, so I ran too the field where no one goes near my house and did it there.

i always took my razor too school i even took it too the mall when i as with friends my panic attacks started happening at random i started taking my razor and my lighter and a piece of metal

I cut at school once almost a year ago, I have never done it outside of my bedroom other then that one time.

I cut at school all the time. As someone said I've had blood drip all on the floor so had to clean it up. But yeah I always have a blade on me so it's easy really.
On a particularly bad day I also used a compass and cut in the middle of an exam. I wrapped my arm with my skirt and went to the toilet straight after to clean up ><
but yeah I cut in a variety of places only about 75% is at home.

Like some I used to take my blade with me everywhere. School, family meals, anywhere. I used to do it quite often at school seeing as thats where a lot of the problems were located. But most of it was done at home.

I always, to this day, have some sort of an object to cut myself with on me at all times. In school I always had safety pins or razors or knives, sometimes even needles. I'd use needles and safety pins on the tops of my hands during class. It was a horrible idea, you can't really cover up bleeding during class.

Of course, cutting in places like that are usually superquick fixes.

I try to avoid doing so at school but I have.

Other places were on the subway (with a little pin and I hid my hand and what I was doing) and in a friend's bathroom at a party.

I take extra needles nearly everywhere, but only use them in my bedroom/family bathroom.

I always carry a blade with me wherever I go. Only other places I've cut are at college can't remember the trigger but I just did it in the bathroom, at work I stupidly forgot to take a blade with me and so found and used something there. Only other place was in the car when waiting for someone.

I have cut in the school toilets before, and a few times at the back of classes when I was really desperate. I carry a blade with me everywhere, it's like a comfort blanket really. I have also done it at the park, on my own in the rain. But I wouldn't ever do that now, I stick to somewhere where I can get help if I need it

i go to boarding school, so most of my cutting takes place at school. I can lock the door and pretend im asleep, which i cant do at home...

When I was in middle school, back when I cut more on purpose, a teacher got really mad at me for forgetting to do homework. I broke down in tears and he told me to go to the bathroom so I did and I took my screwdriver out of my pocket (it was a flathead that I had sharpened) and I cut all over my thigh. I rarely cut on purpose anymore.

I used to carry a blade with me all the time. I don't anymore, because I lost it, which freaked the shit out of me, but I have something sharp with me most of the time now just in case. Even if it wouldn't do as much damage as a blade would, it keeps me comfortable.

Because I always had it with me I cut in school quite a few times. Never in a lesson, I would go to the toilets. I'd scratch myself in lessons sometimes, but that's not too obvious. I've had to clean up after myself quite a few times as well, after having blood dripping onto the floor and stuff. That was not a good day.

I have a big, sharp object that I normally use, and that never leaves the house.. or has yet to at least.
As for public, I have 2 small, less sharp but still able to do damage objects that I bring to school, and I've got a little pin, the first thing I ever cut with or something else small for other public places. I however can do a lot of damage with my nails, so that's an instant harm..

Yeah, I used to skip class just so I could. I also used to bring a penknife around with me everywhere, but now we have community police always around our school checking for cigarettes/knives/etc. so I had to stop. Now I just try to hold on until I get home.

Yes, when I was a self-harmer I used to sometimes bring a razor blade out with me when I went for a run or walk and cut myself outside in the cold, because it was usually night, I wouldn't see how bad the cut actually was until I got home.

As for school, well when I was in year 11 I used to cut myself in the toilets when I was anxious, that went on for about a month or two. Then I made the conscious decision not to bring a blade to school anymore. It was partly that and the fear of the consequences if the school found the blade in the bag..

I cut in front of my friend Josh, once, if you count that too. It's when I first started, and he was trying to get me drunk and I had a panic attack. I kept telling him "I need to, I need to" and ran into the bathroom and slashed at my arm and bled. He watched the whole thing, poker face.

I hate remembering that.

once, at school, under the desk, with my compass needle. Hardly bled because I didn't do it very hard. The teacher was stressing me out. Luckily, no one saw, cause I pulled my sleeve down and went to the loos straight afterwards. a little bit of blood kinda soaked through my jumper though.

I cut in Geography once... i sit at the back of the class and the person next to me was away and i was having a bad day :/ other than that, i do it at home. x

I don't know how I would cut in school. It's something so personal... and how would you make it not noticeable? I get that some kids do it in the bathroom.. but the worry of blood dripping onto the floor and covering up the bleeding cuts would just take over the relief from the actual cut.
