hey everyone.....we"ll I suppose this isnt really the right section to put this in since I dont have an eating disorder so much but I did have trouble eating when I was depressed b/c I was never hungry all the time. It was pretty bad though I used to weigh like 125-130 and I was 5'4 but my weight dropped all the way to 85 pound in 3 months or so my body hurt like he** my legs where sore almost like I had frost bite in my blood stream it was like a numbish cramp feeling I cant describe I couldnt sleep on my tummy becuase my ribs would hurt and my kidneys felt sore too, I was always light headed and shaky and cold all the time it was just the worst experience ever :( but I sorta have gotten better since my depression isnt as bad as it was. I had trouble eating again at first but thats just b/c I was more used to eating like one or more snacks a day or just drinks. I dont think of myself as fat but I just felt gross eating again it made me feel like cra* but I just ignored that feeling and ate although I did make myself throw up twice though in the begining because I felt to gross but that was it. I started eating more food and I only occasionaly eat nothing still but im eating and I got my weight back up to 98 and I have fat on me which is good i guess but my body is still shaky to the point were it embarissing I cant open water bottles at all I always have to ask someone for help, I cant pull the trigger thingy on a glue gun in art class witout my hand being wobbly, I cant pour drinks, sometimes when I hold a fork /spoon/knife I shake, and i cant hold myself up either I cant do pull up or push ups and when im doing curl up my torso kinda shakes and it wont go away. I eat but why am I still so shaky??

I completely understand how you feel. I dropped to about 50 pounds and man was I shaky. And your legs are in -constant- pain. Okay, firstly, you're extremely underweight. You need to eat more and exercise less.

Carry sugar around, candy, fruits, energy bars, chocolate bars, wafers, fruit juice, soft drinks, that kinda thing. When you're feeling shaky, eat that. Or even better, eat it throughout the day so you don't get shaky. It's because you're underweight and your sugar levels are -extremely- low, you need glucose.

Put on weight, eat more and you'll be fine. You don't have an ED so that shouldn't be too hard. Good luck, sweetheart.

Thanks for your answers you guys :) and I know I probabally have to eat more and I know I dont have and ED but it is actually hard for me to get back in the swing of eating food 3 times a day again....like I know im not fat but normal weight but when I eat again I feel like I am because its been forever so eating that much again dosent feel normal to me anymore *huff* like I usually try to eat normally but after 2 or 3 days longest of having food i kinda start to hate it and feel gross so i'll end up not eating for a couple of days then after I'll eat what I want again then feel like cra** and not eat for a while again. This whole cycle thing is so tiring I seriously just wanna eat pie or the pumkin ice cream in my fridge right now but at the same time I know i'll feel gross after. :(

Definitely the loss of weight in the short period of time affect your whole body and has left the consequences you are describing now, and my recomendation would be: if you feel that you can not eat a whole meal, try eating various small meals through out the day, and part of the shakyness it is the low glucose level and what really works for that are bananas, they have carbs and sugar and protein so they are the best and of course sweet things that were said above.
Feel better, Hope these helps!!

Echoing what's been said, your body's recovering from the drastic weightloss and that can take awhile. You're probably still a bit malnourished and it can take time to rebalance everything in your body.
