Alright I will tell you briefly what happened and will try not to make it a story for it ties along with the questions asked.

I was at my locker at school and I drop a knee on the floor to grab something from the very bottom shelf. When I am down on the floor, I look to my left and see this guy "fixing" his soft dick through his shorts. This was the hottest guy I know so that was great. :D

everyone re-arranges their 'package' its just what us guys do. its normal and we do it sub consciously. n guys just re-arrange their shorts as well. like if im feeling uncormfortable or itchy ill move my dick around or itch there. im pretty sure most people do that. i see a few guys at my school with their hands down there re adjusting. (sometimes i see the same people do it regularly as well). although not everyone does it.

Boxers or spandex? Yes, regularly- so long as someone who doesn't do it isn't around or someone that may be offended. Don't want to make anyone uncomfortable while trying to make myself more comfortable. The spandex rides up and my "goodies" come out of place and it become very uncomfortable. During track I've come to do it more frequently since it's expected but rarely do otherwise (except the bathrooms, I do it regularly there).
