Cut is when you are circumcised (had your foreskin - the skin around the head of your penis - cut off). Uncut is where you haven't had the operation.

Cut means you had your foreskin (skin that covers the penis) removed when you were born or at any age for medical reasons
Uncut means practically the opposite you didn't have your foreskin removed when you were
Hope this is understandable enough! :) ;) :D btw all babies are born with a foreskin

Some will say cut is easier to keep clean, other disagree. It is a fact that people who are cut lose a good deal of sensitivity. Personally I think that it is better to be uncut.

So... When born you have this peice if akin over the head of your peinis called the foreskin. And having that removed is "cut" and having it left there is "uncut" ima uncut boy
It is a fact that people who are cut lose a good deal of sensitivity. Personally I think that it is better to be uncut.
And that's why I'm happy my mom left it alone! She said "why mess with it? Might as well just leave it there!" lol

Cut means circumcised and uncut means uncircumcised. Circumcision is the surgical procedure performed normally around birth, where the doctor removes the foreskin physically or with a laser. In either case the procedure is painful and uncomfortable, but quick and relatively low risk. People choose to have it done to their children for a variety of reasons that might be religious, or health concerns, but most boil down to, "I want my son to 'look' like his Daddy."
Being uncircumcised (which I am) means that the foreskin is still intact; it's natural. What the foreskin would look like is a little "turtle-neck" over the head of the penis, when soft, that naturally retracts when erect. The foreskin protects the sensitive glands in the penis, and in terms of sex in the modern sense, increases pleasure and 'sensitivity' for the guy.

Usually, in the past, it was done closely after birth and for various reasons as an example religion. It is becoming common today to usually leave it alone. If the man wants to do it later in life, it can be his decision to do. I am "cut" and was done so at birth. I have heard the same thing about sensations from different sources and it logically makes sense that it would be more sensitive for an uncut guy, and I would imagine hygiene for cut is easier. So, whether you are cut or uncut there are plus and minuses -- I guess like most things in life !
