Well i like that girl and she likes me too. And now she is very fucking shy. I asked her for phone number but she didnt give it lol :D. I only know her 4 days ;D. So can anyone tell me tips how to ask her out??

Do you wonder why she rejected you with the phone number thing if she has only known you 4 days.

Just take is slow and get to know her more before you ask her out. This both gives you time to decide if you both like each other.

I am beginning to question, how are you certain she likes or if you really like her, since you have only known her for 4 days?

Its awesome to imagine, but lets just be realistic here.
In fact, theres nothing wrong with her rejecting you from getting her number.
As silverwolf mentioned, you should take it a step at a time.
Getting to know each other platonically helps in stepping up the relationship ladder.
Start with group outings, and simple lunch dates would be a better choice.

Possibily at the end of the tunnel, you may realise that she would make a better friend, then a partner.
Its never wise to jump into conclusions nor make any assumptions.

Go in the direction the wind takes you, and let nature take its course.
The answers would only come in time, patience, and perseverance.

Perhaps its possible that she too is in the same situation as you are in, she may not be certain or it could be just a crush.
Its too early to be certain at such early stages.

Take it with a more rational approach like ive mention should reveal more answers.
