sore nipples

as the title says, the thing is, im having pain sometimes when i touch my nipples and i have a bulge coming from underneath them. whats going on??

Yeah is a normal part of Puberty for males, is very common, and will eventually happen to all guys at some stage or another, dont stress over it.

I get that too and it males my nipples a little puffy.
